Setup of silent auction pots, photo contest

pictures, display, theme, members' and mysteries table.

Products manager may set up and sell/take orders at this time

Silent auction begins immediately upon setup.

Voting for the photo contest begins.

2:00 - 2:30pm              Theme Discussion: Items for the vanity and "dolly" related items

Friday Evening            Free - a time to relax and visit with old and new friends or visit the area

7:30 - 8:30pm              Marblehead Room -- Sales Mall will be open to dealers who wish to set up. Room will be locked at 8:30pm

Saturday Julv 12

7:30 - 9:00 am              Dealer set up in Marblehead Room. No buying at this time.

8:00 - 9:00 am               Late arrivals' general registration

9:00 - 12:00noon          Sales Mall opens to NATS members and their guests.

11 :30am                      Silent auction ends

12 -1:30pm                  Lunch - on your own

1:30 - 2:30pm              Awarding of Photo Contest prizes

 Door prizes and raffle drawings

2:30 - 3:30 pm             Final Sales Mall

Saturday Evening:

5:00 - 6:00 pm             Cocktail Hour cash bar

6:00 - 8:00 pm             Closing Dinner -- Newburyport Room

Sunday Morning:

8:15am                         Meet in lobby for bus ride to the Collins' home for breakfast and then on to Boston for the Duck Tour.
